With the move and being away from friends and family I will try to be better about posting.
Idaho Falls, Idaho Week 1
Faith is still in Utah with her best friend ever A! They went to Lagoon yesterday and will be going to girls camp starting tomorrow. Faith has been looking forward to this for months but when we left Grandma's house for the final push to Idaho she was a very very sad little girl. Tears and hugs and latching on to Mommy and not letting go.
Scott is here with me at the new house, and I have been putting him to work in the mornings and letting him play in the afternoons. So far between the two of us we have unpacked the living room, family room, kitchen and bathrooms. Sounds like we are almost done right.....that doesn't count the boxes that belong in those rooms but were stuffed somewhere else. Also the house is smaller so we have tons more stuff in the basement that we aren't going to be able to use for awhile. We did get Scott's school area setup and he will be going to Idaho Virtual Academy in the fall with me as his learning coach. He is excited as he will be in high school and one of his electives next year is game design.
John had to go for a week long training in Oregon the day after we got back from Utah. So he has gotten out of doing all the work of unpacking. I have left putting together Faith's bed for him and organizing the garage and basement. That should keep him busy for awhile. :)
As for me I have been going nuts as always. I am excited that the dishwasher here works but bummed we don't have air conditioning (honestly we don't need it, its the thought of it that counts). Cable guy came yesterday but we don't have digital boxes so I have to figure out what box has the TV remote before I can really utilize the TV. We did decide to go wireless on our cable but I don't know if its the cable connection up here or the wireless but the internet is noticeably slower. Great news is that the movers found my lost camera so I can post updated pictures...as soon as I figure out where I put the cable to download them. :P
Anyways I have to get back to unpacking, will talk to you all soon.
